FEES:
Application fee $75.00 per person 18yrs and older that will be on lease.
Administration fee $100.00 per person 18yrs and older that will be on lease.
Security deposit for 1 bedrooms are $200.00 ( with approved appliaction )
Security deposit for all 2 bedrooms are $300.00 ( with approved appliaction )
An additional non refundable High risk fee may be applied if there are any issues with rental , criminal , credit , or work history ( this would be approved and determmined by supervisor. )
